It’s (not really) Vacation Time!

Hondurasetc 017

A mission trip to Central America for 2 months.

It’s easier said than done, ladies and gentlemen.

It wasn’t a hard decision. I’ve been to this particular place before and have fallen in love with the people there. It hasn’t been easy preparing for it, though. A lot can happen in two months; in the USA and where I’ll be staying at. But I can’t wait to experience this! My team and I will be teaching English, distributing food and clothing, working on water lines and more for villages and people who can’t afford it (and of course, writing when I find the time!). Due to security reasons, I can’t give out exact locations and dates. Thanks for understanding!

I’ll be leaving next week and won’t be back until August. Therefore, I won’t be able to post regularly and keep the blog updated. As much as I hate that, I know I’ll be helping and working on something important! Thank you guys so much for your encouragement and support. A few automated posts will be up this summer, just to keep the blog fresh. And if I happen to get internet connection and energy to blog at the same time, I will definitely be giving you an update!

So this isn’t goodbye. I look forward to catching up with you in August. Thanks guys, happy summer! 🙂
